Technology Administrator I

MidAmerica National Bank, a locally owned financial institution in central Illinois, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join our IT department as a full-time Technology Administrator I. Established in 1933, MidAmerica National Bank provides financial services to local communities through our branches located in Fulton, Marshall and McDonough counties. We are currently accepting applications/resumes for a Technology Administrator I to be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the operations of both local and wide area networks, computers, servers, and related technological equipment throughout the bank.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to users and resolve technology problems
• Coordinate maintenance, updates and repairs to hardware and software systems
• Serve as administrator for the network and various other technology systems
• Install, maintain, and monitor the operation of the bank's local and wide area network.
• Assist in various building maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Associates degree or Technical School Certificate Required
• 1-3 years working knowledge and experience with business technology systems
• General knowledge of bank functions preferred
• High level of technology, communication, and analytical skills, organized, ability to multitask and prioritize
